Geralda Larkins is a Visionary Strategist, Pastor, Life Coach, Author, and Teacher with a special gift to steer visions to reality. Her strong leadership abilities, gift of administration, and her passion to advance the Kingdom of God has led her on a lifelong journey to train, transform, and transition God’s people to a life of freedom through the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.
For over 17 years, Geralda has amassed a sizable portfolio of successful businesses, ministries, and social programs across South Florida that have either launched or expanded under her leadership. Named one of Legacy Magazine’s “40 under 40 Black Leaders of Today and Tomorrow” and one of Boys and Girls Club’s “100 Outstanding Women of Broward County”, Geralda manages people and programs in the Spirit of excellence and effectively executes strategic plans to yield game-changing results.
Geralda is the CEO of Geralda Larkins Consulting, which provides personal and professional development services to small to mid-sized organizations and their people. Services include strategic planning, administrative support, business consulting, career and workforce preparedness, leadership development, professional workshops, seminars, and networking events. She is also the Senior Pastor of Impart Kingdom Ministries (IKM) where she teaches kingdom essentials for success in life, in ministry, and in the marketplace. IKM offers dynamic business development programs, including the Strategic Society accelerator, Legacy Vision Incubator co-working space, and LegacyGlobal.TV broadcast network. In Geralda’s book, Train Transform Transition, she teaches powerful biblical strategies to help leaders realize their dreams and achieve success. She brings the Word to life through her revelatory bible studies, spirit-filled seminars, and her annual Kingdom Visionary Strategic Planning Summit.
Geralda is also passionate about building future leaders, serving as Founder of the Broward Etiquette Academy which teaches character development, leadership skills, and etiquette to youth and young adults. She has mentored hundreds of teen girls serving as past-Director of the Girls Encouragement Ministry which hosted the largest girls conference in South Florida for 5 consecutive years. Her nurturing gift and loving spirit towards people allows her to challenge individuals to take their rightful place as heirs to the Kingdom.
Geralda is a proud Summa Cum Laude graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Public Administration. She manages a team of 15 Human Resource Specialists and oversees daily labor and employee relations programs and operations in the California district. Geralda is married to her junior high sweetheart and best friend Christopher and they live in Miramar, FL with their four children, Chris Jr., Curtis, Cierra, and Oliver.
Geralda knows that the Kingdom of God cannot advance through wishful thinking, but it can advance forcefully through strategic faith! She is the vessel that God has anointed and appointed to implement Heaven’s success strategies for such a time as this! Geralda’s motto is: “Greater works you will do because Greater is in you!”
